This Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) is entered into between the undersigned parties to
establish a mini canteen within ESF BUILDING premises for the purpose of generating funds for
building maintenance and comfort room maintenance. Both parties agree to the following terms and
conditions:

Objective:

The objective of this agreement is to collaboratively establish and operate a mini canteen to generate
funds specifically allocated for building maintenance and comfort room maintenance within the ESF
Building.

Responsibilities and Contributions:

a. The Science Department Head agrees to:

Provide necessary space within the school premises for the establishment of the mini canteen.

Ensure that the space provided complies with health and safety regulations and is suitable for food
service operations.

Allocate funds for initial setup and necessary infrastructure for the mini canteen.

Monitor and supervise the operations of the mini canteen to ensure compliance with applicable
laws, rules, and regulations.

b. The Teacher agrees to:

Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the mini canteen, including procurement,
inventory management, food preparation, and sales.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and sanitation
standards.

Regularly report on the financial performance of the mini canteen to the School Principal.

Collaborate with the School Principal in decision-making related to menu planning, pricing, and
strategies for maximizing revenue.

Fund Utilization:

70% generated from the operations of the mini canteen shall be exclusively utilized for building
maintenance and comfort room maintenance within ESF BUILDING and 30% will be given to the
teachers who lend their money as an initial fund. This includes but is not limited to repairs,
renovations, maintenance supplies, and equipment related to the upkeep of school buildings and
comfort room facilities.

Financial Reporting:

The Teacher shall provide regular financial reports to the Science Deaaprtment Head, detailing the
revenue, expenses, and net income generated from the mini canteen operations. These reports shall
be provided on a quarterly basis or as requested by the Science Department Head

Duration and Termination:

This agreement shall commence on the date of signing and shall remain in effect until terminated by
either party. Either party may terminate this agreement by providing a written notice of termination
to the other party with a minimum notice period of [specified notice period].

Amendment and Modification:

Any amendments or modifications to this agreement shall be made in writing and agreed upon by
both parties.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any
disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussions.

Both parties hereby acknowledge their understanding and agreement to the terms and conditions
set forth in this Memorandum of Agreement by signing below:
