    4. Product Risk Assessment

    5. Annual Volume reconciliation

    8. Purchase Details-Invoice, packing list, BL, TC, Challan

    9. Sales Details- Invoice, packing list, BL, TC, Challan

    10. Traceability/Production record (Details record from input & output)

    11. Reception check record

    12. Technical sheet for OCS order

    13. Annual Purchase & Sales Record

    14. Cleaning record

    15. Stock Declaration (Declaration of running stock of all OCS product)

    16. Customer Complain Record/Format

    17. MR-Management Representative for OCS

    18. SOP- Standard Operating Procedure for OCS

    19. Training record for OCS (Staff + Workers)

    20. Legal documents-Factory license, Fire license, Trade license
