Introduction
Description of the Business
The business is comprised of selling flavored pancakes with also an array of toppings that
the customers can choose from. A major distinction from other stores is by incorporating natural
ingredients only in order to produce the flavored pancake that the group wants. By incorporating
natural ingredients, it is guaranteed that the consumers will be tasting the flavor in a way that
they are actually tasting the incorporated ingredients like mangos, lemons, pineapples, and more
fruits and selections.
Pancake Club’s main inspiration is the already known, Pancake House, that offers
delicious pancakes for anyone to enjoy. With that in mind, the group took Pancake House as a
motivation in order to produce a business where, all the ingredients used will be natural and
healthy in order for everyone to enjoy, regardless of consumer’s age group. The group will also
produce not only delicious flavored pancakes but also being affordable.
Pancake Club aims to produce pancakes that are not artificial and source as many fruits
and fresh ingredients as the group can, in order to sell to a wide array of consumers that doesn’t
need to worry about the health risks when consuming the pancake. The group aims to
differentiate from other pancake or breakfast restaurants by always putting the consumer’s health
at top and at the same time be satisfied with the pancakes that are made.

Location of the Business

The location of the business will be on Sacred Heart College to sell pancakes for students
that are coming to school early and haven't had breakfast yet, this will serve as an easy access for
students to also buy healthier choices of the pancakes. This will target the consumers which are
students, this also serves as a prime location because of other nearby competitors such as cafes
and diners which have possible customers.

Funding Requirements and Source of Funds

In the pursuit of establishing a thriving pancake business, one cannot overstate the
paramount importance of acquiring sufficient capital. It plays a vital role as the life force driving
the dreams and ambitions of a developing business. The source of the funds will be from the
personal savings of the sellers in order to fulfil the needed equipment, supplies and raw
ingredients. All the ingredients are guaranteed to be natural and not artificial for everyone to
enjoy.
