SOLUTIONS
 1.) Lack of education The extreme lack of education is
one of the reasons why the Filipinos became indolent
because of the lack of schools built by the Spaniards and
the low quality of education.

2.) High taxes in our country — Taxes that are too high
on Filipinos are the reason why they cannot start
businesses because they lack capital and also lack
government protection.
 3.) Lack of National Sentiment — Insults to one's
intelligence and principle.

4.) Negligence in the spread of gambling — One of the

problems in the management of the Spaniards was that
they neglected the spread of gambling in the country, it
made it more difficult for the Filipinos to start a
business and buy the necessities of life because of the
excessive addiction to it.
