Subject: Combat Shooting

Purpose: This memo responds to your request that the Combat Shooting as a final
requirement will be conducted at the Woodland Villa at Nagcarlan, Laguna.

Summary: This memo is acceptable if it is approved by our CCJE Dean and other
faculty members.

Discussion: The students have no problem in participating in this final requirement.

As long as the students will benefit and help them to gain some skills and knowledge
about combat shooting.

Action: Asked the CCJE Dean if he thinks there's a problem in conducting the
combat shooting for us students. So, we all need to wait for the approval of the
CCJE Dean.

5. Discussion

The SK Chairman assigned designated places for each of the member of the
Sangguniang Kabataan.

Finally, they share their own suggestions and recommendations on how to build the
club and for it be be recognized. The time run short so that the club decided to
construct everything in the next meeting.

Notes

Each and everyone must have a strong suggestions to be brought so that they can
finalize everything.

7. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 AM as stated on the schedule. The SK
Chairman adjourned the meeting with a closing remarks.

Subject: Computer laboratory

Purpose: This memo is to report the inspection in the computer laboratory in Laguna
State Polytechnic University

Summary: I conducted inspection to the the computers and other equipment

Problem: The computers that are being used by the students are outdated and
software that are used is leading to virus that affects the computers.

Methods: I have given a letter of request to the president for the proposal of new
computers and application of new software to be used.

Results: The letter of request was approved and the computers are to be ordered as
soon as possible. The software that will be used was safe and ready to use

Conclusion: The lab was insufficient therefore I made adjustments and replaced the
equipment for the betterment of the laboratory.

Recommendations: The head of the computer laboratory should be more

approachable and not be contended to the state of the laboratory.

Dear Ms. Alcantara,

I am writing this letter to request permission to conduct seminar in the Cadets of

ROTC UNIT of Laguna State Polytechnic University – San Pablo City Campus on
June 12, 2023 at 9:00 am – 12:00nn. I wish to conduct a seminar in regards to the
proper usage of firearms in relation to their future profession. I believe that this
seminar will be a beneficial to them as a future law enforcer and I wish that many
students will attend and participate in this seminar.

Our students are our future law enforcers, and if they are properly taught how to
discipline themselves while holding a firearm and how to use it, it will benefit to them
when they are in service. Discipline and proper use of firearms is very significant to
learn, especially if you are a future law enforcer and in combat. This seminar will
teach them many things that they can apply in the future.

You may contact me for further clarifications. I would be very grateful if you grant me
a permission to conduct this seminar. I look forward to discussing this opportunity to
