flexiBIZ PEAK with Static IP

BACKGROUND
• While we are in the process of completing the Static IP auto-provisioning, we proposed manual provisioning
as an interim solution to cater Static IP requirements under flexiBIZ.

• For the meantime, due to some limitations, it will be available only to fixed speed offerings such as flexiBIZ
PEAK and FiberX (non-changing speed for day/night)

• Per existing policy, only 1 static IP will be available

• This interim approach will be available for New and Existing Subs**

• This will trigger retirement of IBIZ plans, subject to agreed timing with SME Sales and Marketing

**Not proactively sold to FiberX (New and Existing)

**In case of static IP request for FiberX, it will only be allowed starting plan 3500 per existing policy

• New package is created to be used for new applications. Add’l 700 MRC is added in the total
MRC of the flexiBIZ PEAK packages with Static IP

• NO new application should be processed directly to IBAS. All new application shall pass
through SSP

• Auto provisioning will not work with the new “flexiBIZ with Static IP” packages. Installers has to
coordinate with NMP and BAS, similar with the IBIZ activations

• For the case of NMP, installer can also upload the manual activation requests via NMP
activation microsite

• IF THE FLEXIBIZ PEAK CUSTOMER GETS THEIR STATIC IP VIA VAS/EXTENDED SERVICE, THE
NORMAL PACKAGE SHALL BE USED FOR UPGRADE

• ALL UPGRADES WITH STATIC IP (WHETHER THRU VAS/EXTENDED SERVICE OR NEW PACKAGE
SHALL BE COORDINATED TO NMP/BAS FOR MANUAL CONFIGURATION FOLLOWING THE
PROCESS PROVIDED IN EARLIER SLIDE AS APPLICABLE
IBIZ RETIREMENT

• IBIZ will be retired eventually since we can now offer flexiBIZ PEAK wth Static IP.

• Upon release of flexiBIZ PEAK, the IBIZ will no longer be available for self applying customers. However,
this will still be available under Sales Partner view to give time to upload pending applications.

• In coordination with SME sales team, IBIZ plans will also be removed from the Sales Partner view. Target
to upload pending applications within 1 week.
