Monday:
-Breakfast: Spaghetti
-Lunch: Fried chicken with fish sauce, tofu with tomato sauce, boiled
chayote, southern fish soup, white rice, dragon fruit
-Snack: Cheese stick, fresh milk
-Dinner: Boiled fish, fish soup, spring rolls, roasted pork, white rice, spaghetti
-Exercise: Football, basketball
Tuesday:
-Breakfast: Sticky rice with Cha
-Lunch: Stewed basa fish, steamed egg with meat, stir-fried peas with garlic,
white rice, banana
-Snack: cake, fresh milk
-Dinner: Grilled shrimp, scallops with garlic butter sauce, Fried beef, pizza,
French fries, cheese, bread, wine, fizzy drinks
-Exercise: Football, walk
Wednesday:
-Breakfast: Seafood fried rice
-Lunch: Beef stew with red wine, bread, pudding
-Snack: Gac sticky rice
-Dinner: Fried spring rolls, boiled tofu, seafood porridge, boiled cabbages,
boiled cabbage soup
-Exercise: Football, basketball
Thursday:
-Breakfast: Bread and condensed milk
-Lunch: Char siu pork, stir-fried chicken with king oyster mushroom, boiled
Chinese broccoli, spinach soup cooked with clams, white rice, Malabar
spinach, wax apple
-Snack: Bread
-Dinner: Vietnamese pork lemongrass skewer, omelet egg, tofu with tomato
sauce, soup with shrimp and zucchini, vegetables
-Exercise: Football, swim
Friday:
-Breakfast: Beef noodles
-Lunch: Braised shrimp with onion and mushroom, stir-fried beef with bean
sprouts and carrots, boiled cabbage, taro soup cooked with meat, white rice,
Saigon watermelon
-Snack: Crispy fried chicken
-Dinner: Chung cake, sweet and sour ribs, boiled tofu, boiled spinach, boiled
spinach soup, honey butter bread, white rice
-Exercise: Basketball, football
Saturday:
-Breakfast: Crab noodle soup, chocolate strawberry banana crepe, custard
apple avocado smoothie, sugar and millet and mung bean sandwiched in
Vietnamese rice paper
-Lunch: Pork’s intestine, beer
-Snack: Chocolate
-Dinner: Pork’s intestine porridge, boiled cabbage
-Exercise: Walk

-Breakfast: Chung cake
-Lunch: Braised black carp, raw eggs, white rice, squid Cha
-Snack: Chocolate
-Dinner: Braised black carp, mussel Cha, boiled pork, boiled cabbage, boiled
cabbage soup, white rice
-Exercise: Walk, gym
