I. INTRODUCTION

As we all know that there are three types of motion: Uniform, Free Fall and Projectile
Motion respectively. In these activity our teacher teaches us the importance and application of
those types of motion. Respectively they are Basketball for projectile and free fall, volleyball for
free fall and egg catch for both projectile and free fall.

All in all, it may seem a Physical Education subject but it is a Physics subject that
combines both the science behind Physical Activities specifically the types of motion.

Our groups prepared a 2 sets of bondpaper box and eggs which we used to the activity as
given instruction by the teacher. As a matter of fact, the activity is like a enjoyable moments or
relaxing activity to us because you will not solve anything just your abilities in those given
activities.

III. EXPERIENCE

Volleyball

Cabatit: When I first started playing volleyball, I was quite anxious and upset wen I
didn’t get 100 points, but I was also relieved since my groupmates reassured me that
everything was okay. The things that happened were mostly nice.

Basketball

Cardona: Recently, the feeling of pressure especially when people gaze towards me
froze me for a few attempts though I was able to score a hit and those feelings and
thoughts went away, it was satisfying.

Egg Throw Girls

Esquivel: I’ve felt kind of anxious as we play egg catching since it holds our grade in
performance task. However, I still enjoyed since my groupmates are there.

Egg Throw Boys

Laureta: For me its been a tragic but enjoyable activity. As an egg catcher in the game, I
didn’t imagine to dispatch the very first round, but It happen. But all in all it’s enjoyable

Garro: When we were about to play, I felt so excited and so much pressure coming from
behind. Although we lost at the first throw, I can say that being an egg catcher is a
pleasure to my teammates.

V. CONCLUSION

We determined that the activity in our group is quite low scores. In terms of physical
activity our group remain one of the lowest in scores but all in all its fun and enjoyable activity.
