OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY

MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SESSION OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF GALAS HELD AT

BARANGAY SESSION HALL, GALAS, DIPOLOG CITY ON OCTOBER 11, 2021 AT 3:00 P.M.

The Special Session of the Barangay Council of Galas was called to order by the
Chairman, Hon. Elmer B. Vallecer.

The opening prayer was led by Hon. Florentina C. Martinez.

Roll call followed after the opening prayer.

Since all members of the council was present, the Chairman declared the special session
as quorum. After the Chairman declared quorum, he presented to the council the main purpose
of the Special Session, which is the passing of resolution expressing deepest sympathy and
sincerest condolences to the bereaved family of the late Joselito A. Enderez, Former Lupong
Tagapamayapa of Barangay Galas, Dipolog City.

After hearing the Chairman, and after the thorough discussion of the said matter, Hon.
Juanito Z. Enderez moved to passed a resolution expressing deepest sympathy and
sincerest condolences to the bereaved family of the late Joselito A. Enderez, former
Lupong Tagapamayapa of Barangay Galas, Dipolog City and was duly seconded by all
members of the council. Hearing no objection to the contrary, the Chairman declared the
resolution approve.

Finally, the Special Session was declared adjourn by the Chairman at 3:40 P.M. through
the motion of Hon. Duaso and was duly seconded by Hon. Martinez. The closing prayer was led
by Hon. Florentina C. Martinez..

Barangay Council of Galas held at Barangay Session Hall on October 11, 2021 at 3:00 P.M..
