PURPOSE
The Client needs a corporate video highlighting the CSR Initiatives undertaken by the company
to enhance company's brand image
PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
STAGE TIME FRAME DELIVERABLES
Pre-Prodction 2 - 3 Weeks Script writing, Scouting, Artists, Shooting Schedules
Production 3 - 6 Weeks Create Video on real locations, high quality audio etc
Post-Production 6 - 7 Weeks Mixing of sound elements, adding visual effectis etc
FEES PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Pre-Production $2,500.00 Total Project Cost $10,000.00
Production $5,000.00 First on signing Contract: 50%
Post-Production $2,500.00 Second on delivery of copy to Client: 50%
CHANGES
The Producer company agrees to make changes at following times:
At the script approval meeting
One revision at the completion of Project
Any changes request after 2 weeks of editing final video has been billed.

TERMINATION
CLIENT PRODUCTION COMPANY
The Project can be terminated by the Name Name
Client until the the production stage at Signature Signature
the penality of 50% of total production
budget. This project can be terminated by Date Date
the producer until the point of check-off Address Address
at no cost to the client.
