Awareness is key when it comes to personal safety knowing the appropriate procedures

and protocols to implement determines whether you will achieve your organizational objectives.

One way of achieving this would be to have educational workshops on a regular basis for the

staff members and the individuals who are under their care and supervision. Ongoing

assessments are vital for continuous improvement of personal safety standards.

Improved knowledge of personal safety protocols leads to fewer occurrences of accidents

or injuries. Employers have a legal responsibility to eliminate or reduce risks to the elderly under

their charge. This includes the monitoring of poor health practices by staff members as these

incidents are not simple to monitor or predict.

There are several benefits of personal safety training one is that they significantly

mitigate safety risks. Training can help identify unique risks in parts of the organization and with

that knowledge in hand protocols can be improved and strengthened in the long run. Providing

and performance increase. Providing training for the organization prior to them facing any risks
