‫ﺗﺼﺢ ﺻـﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻋﺪ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﻓﻠﺔ ﻭﻟﻪ ﻧﺼـﻒ ﺃﺟﺮ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺋﻢ؛ ﻟﻘﻮﻟﻪ‬ ‫اﻟﺠﻬﺮ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﻗﻀﺎء اﻟﻔﺮض واﻟﻨﻮاﻓﻞ‬

‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫ـﺐ ﹶﻟـ ﹸﻪ ﹺﻣ ﹾﺜ ﹸﻞ ﹶﻣـﺎ ﻛ ﹶ‬ ‫ﹺ‬
‫ﻴﺤﺎ«‬ ‫ﻴـﲈ ﹶﺻﺤ ﹰ‬ ‫ﹶﺎﻥ ﹶﻳ ﹾﻌ ﹶﻤ ﹸـﻞ ﹸﻣﻘ ﹰ‬ ‫ﺍ ﹾﻟ ﹶﻌ ﹾﺒـﺪﹸ ﹶﺃ ﹾﻭ ﹶﺳـﺎ ﹶﻓ ﹶﺮ ﻛﹸﺘ ﹶ‬ ‫ﺗﺤﺮﻳﻚ اﻟﻠﺴﺎن‬

‫وﻓﻲ اﻟﻨﻮاﻓﻞ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ أﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﻨﻴﺔ‪:‬‬
‫ﺇﺫﺍ ﻓﺎﺗﺘـﻪ ﺍﻟﺼـﻼﺓ ﻭﺃﺭﺍﺩ ﻗﻀﺎﺀﻫـﺎ ﻓﻬﻞ ﻳﴪ ﺃﻡ ﳚﻬـﺮ؟ ﺍﻟﻌﱪﺓ‬ ‫‪ .١‬ﻻ ﳚﻮﺯ ﻗﻄﻊ ﺍﻟﻨﻴﺔ ﺃﺛﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ‪ ،‬ﻓﻤﻦ ﻧﻮ￯ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﻄﻊ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ‬
‫ﳖﺎﺭﺍ‬
‫ﺑﺎﻟﺼـﻼﺓ ﻻ ﺑﻮﻗـﺖ ﺍﻟﻘﻀـﺎﺀ‪ ،‬ﻓﻠﻮ ﻗـﴣ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﺍﳉﻬﺮﻳـﺔ ﹰ‬ ‫ﺍﻧﻘﻄﻌﺖ ﺻﻼﺗﻪ‪ ،‬ﻭﻭﺟﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻻﺑﺘﺪﺍﺀ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻭﳍﺎ‪.‬‬

‫‪ .٢‬ﻣـﻦ ﺃﺣﺮﻡ ﺑﺼﻼﺓ ﻧﻔﻞ ﱂ ﳚﺰ ﻟﻪ ﺃﻥ ﳛﻮﳍﺎ ﰲ ﺃﺛﻨﺎﺋﻬﺎ ﺇﹺﱃ ﺻﻼﺓ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﺴـﻨﺔ ﺍﻹﴎﺍﺭ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﺍﻓـﻞ ﺇﻻ ﻣـﺎ ﻭﺭﺩ ﻓﻴـﻪ ﺩﻟﻴـﻞ ﺑﺎﳉﻬـﺮ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻓﺮﻳﻀﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻛﺎﻟﱰﺍﻭﻳﺢ ﻭﺍﳋﺴﻮﻑ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٣‬ﻣﻦ ﺃﺣﺮﻡ ﻣﻨﻔﺮﺩﺍ ﺑﺼﻼﺓ ﻓﺮﻳﻀﺔ‪ ،‬ﺛﻢ ﺟﺎﺀﺕ ﲨﺎﻋﺔ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﳚﻮﺯ‬
‫‪ .٧‬رﻓﻊ اﻟﻴﺪﻳﻦ‬ ‫ﻟﻪ ﺃﻥ ﳛﻮﻝ ﻧﻴﺘﻪ ﺇﱃ ﻧﺎﻓﻠﺔ ﻭﻳﻜﻤﻠﻬﺎ ﺭﻛﻌﺘﲔ‪ ،‬ﺛﻢ ﻳﺴﻠﻢ ﻭﻳﺼﲇ‬
‫ﺗﺮﻓﻊ ﺍﻟﻴﺪﻳﻦ ﰲ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﺿﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ‪:‬‬ ‫ﻣﻊ ﺍﳉﲈﻋﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .١‬ﺗﻜﺒﲑﺓ ﺍﻹﺣﺮﺍﻡ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٣‬ﻗﺮاءة اﻟﻔﺎﺗﺤﺔ‬
‫‪ .٢‬ﺗﻜﺒﲑﺓ ﺍﻟﺮﻛﻮﻉ‪.‬‬ ‫ﲡﺐ ﻗﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﲢﺔ ﻋﲆ ﺍﳌﺼﲇ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻭﻟﻮ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﺄﻣﻮﻣﺎ ﰲ ﺻﻼﺓ‬
‫‪ .٣‬ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻡ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﻛﻮﻉ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻒ ﹶﺭ ﹸﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲﹺ‬ ‫ﺖ ‪ ‬ﹶﻗ ﹶﺎﻝ‪ » :‬ﹸﻛﻨﱠﺎ ﹶﺧ ﹾﻠ ﹶ‬ ‫ﺟﻬﺮﻳﺔ؛ ﻓﻌﻦ ﹸﻋﺒﺎﺩ ﹶﺓ ﺑﻦ ﺍﻟﺼ ﹺﺎﻣ ﹺ‬
‫ﱠ‬ ‫ﹶ ﹾ ﹶ ﹶ ﹾ‬
‫‪ .٤‬ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻡ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﻬﺪ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ‪.‬‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹺ‬
‫ـﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﷺ ﹶﻓ ﹶﺜ ﹸﻘ ﹶﻠ ﹾﺖ ﹶﻋ ﹶﻠ ﹾﻴﻪ ﺍ ﹾﻟﻘ ﹶﺮﺍ ﹶﺀﺓﹸ‪،‬‬ ‫ﷺ ﹺﰲ ﹶﺻ ﹶﻼ ﹺﺓ ﺍﻟ ﹶﻔ ﹾﺠ ﹺﺮ‪ ،‬ﹶﻓ ﹶﻘ ﹶﺮ ﹶﺃ ﹶﺭ ﹸﺳ ﹸ‬
‫‪ .٨‬إدراك اﻟﺮﻛﻌﺔ‬ ‫ـﻒ ﺇﹺ ﹶﻣ ﹺﺎﻣﻜ ﹾﹸﻢ؟ ﹸﻗ ﹾﻠﻨﹶﺎ‪ :‬ﹶﻧ ﹶﻌ ﹾﻢ‪،‬‬ ‫ﻭﻥ ﹶﺧ ﹾﻠ ﹶ‬ ‫ﹶﻓ ﹶﻠ ﱠﲈ ﹶﻓ ﹶـﺮ ﹶﻍ ﹶﻗﺎﻝ ﷺ‪ :‬ﹶﻟ ﹶﻌ ﱠﻠﻜ ﹾﹸﻢ ﹶﺗ ﹾﻘ ﹶﺮ ﹸﺅ ﹶ‬
‫ﹶﺎﺏ‪ ،‬ﹶﻓﺈﹺ ﱠﻧ ﹸﻪ ﹶﻻ‬ ‫ـﺔ ﺍ ﹾﻟ ﹺﻜﺘ ﹺ‬
‫ﺎﲢ ﹺ‬‫ـﺎﻝ ‪ :‬ﹶﻻ ﹶﺗ ﹾﻔ ﹶﻌ ﹸﻠﻮﺍ ﺇﹺ ﱠﻻ ﺑﹺ ﹶﻔ ﹺ ﹶ‬
‫ـﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ‪ .‬ﹶﻗ ﹶ‬ ‫ﹶﻫ ﹶﺬﺍ ﹶﻳﺎ ﹶﺭ ﹸﺳ ﹶ‬
‫ﺇﺫﺍ ﺃﺩﺭﻙ ﺍﳌﺄﻣـﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﺮﻛﻮﻉ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻹﻣـﺎﻡ ﻓﻘﺪ ﺃﺩﺭﻙ ﺍﻟﺮﻛﻌﺔ؛ ﻟﻘﻮﻟﻪ‬ ‫ﹺ‬
‫ﲠﺎ« )ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺃﺑﻮ ﺩﺍﻭﺩ(‪.‬‬ ‫ﹶﺻ ﹶﻼ ﹶﺓ ﹶﳌ ﹾﻦ ﹶﱂ ﹾ ﹶﻳ ﹾﻘ ﹶﺮ ﹾﺃ ﹺ ﹶ‬
‫ﹸﻮﻉ ﹶﻓ ﹶﻘﺪﹾ ﹶﺃ ﹾﺩ ﹶﺭ ﹶﻙ ﱠ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺮ ﹾﻛ ﹶﻌ ﹶﺔ« )ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺃﺑﻮ ﺩﺍﻭﺩ(‪.‬‬ ‫ﷺ‪» :‬ﻭ ﹶﻣ ﹾﻦ ﹶﺃ ﹾﺩ ﹶﺭ ﹶﻙ ﱡ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺮﻛ ﹶ‬
‫‪ .٩‬اﻟﻄﻤﺄﻧﻴﻨﺔ‬ ‫‪ .٤‬اﻟﺘﺄﻣﻴﻦ‬
‫ﻣﺼﻞ‪ ،‬ﺳـﻮﺍﺀ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻣـﲔ‪ :‬ﻗـﻮﻝ ﺍﳌﺼﲇ‪» :‬ﺁﻣﲔ« ﻭﻫﻮ ﺳـﻨﺔ ﻟﻜﻞ ﱟ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻄﻤﺄﻧﻴﻨـﺔ ﰲ ﲨﻴﻊ ﺃﺭﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﺭﻛـﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﺭﻛﺎﻥ ﻻ ﺗﺼﺢ‬
‫ﺍﻹﻣـﺎﻡ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﺍﳌﺄﻣـﻮﻡ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﺍﳌﻨﻔـﺮﺩ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﺍﳌﻔﱰﺽ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﺍﳌﺘﻨﻔﻞ‪ ،‬ﺳـﻮﺍﺀ‬
‫ـﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﷺ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺼـﻼﺓ ﺑﺪﻭﳖﺎ؛ ﳌـﺎ ﺭﻭﻱ ﹶﻋ ﹾﻦ ﹶﺃﺑﹺﻰ ﹸﻫ ﹶﺮ ﹾﻳ ﹶﺮ ﹶﺓ ‪ ‬ﹶﺃ ﱠﻥ ﹶﺭ ﹸﺳ ﹶ‬
‫ﹶﺩ ﹶﺧ ﹶﻞ ﺍ ﹾﹶﳌﺴـﺠﺪﹶ ‪ ،‬ﹶﻓﺪﹶ ﹶﺧ ﹶﻞ ﺭ ﹸﺟ ﹲﻞ ﹶﻓ ﹶﺼ ﱠﲆ‪ ،‬ﹸﺛﻢ ﹶﺟﺎﺀ ﹶﻓﺴـ ﱠﻠﻢ ﹶﻋ ﹶﲆ ﺭﺳ ﹺ‬ ‫ﰲ ﺍﻟﺼـﻼﺓ ﺍﻟﴪﻳـﺔ‪ ،‬ﺃﻭ ﺍﳉﻬﺮﻳـﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻳﴪ ﺑﻪ ﰲ ﺍﻟﴪﻳـﺔ ﻭﳚﻬﺮ ﰲ‬
‫ﻮﻝ‬ ‫ﹶ ﹸ‬ ‫ﱠ ﹶ ﹶ ﹶ‬ ‫ﹶ‬ ‫ﹾ‬ ‫ﺍﳉﻬﺮﻳﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ـﻊ ﹶﻓ ﹶﺼ ﱢﻞ‪،‬‬ ‫»ﺍﺭﺟ ﹾ‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫ـﻼ ﹶﻡ‪ ،‬ﻭ ﹶﻗ ﹶ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴ ﹶ‬ ‫ﺍﷲ ﷺ ﹺ ﹶﻓ ﹶـﺮ ﱠﺩ ﹶﺭ ﹸﺳ ﹸ‬
‫ـﺎﻝ‪ :‬ﹾ‬ ‫ـﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﷺ ﱠ‬ ‫ﻭﺩﻟﻴﻠـﻪ ﻗﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﷺ‪» :‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﺃ ﱠﻣ ﹶﻦ ﹺ‬
‫ﺍﻹ ﹶﻣﺎ ﹸﻡ ﹶﻓﺄ ﱢﻣﻨﹸﻮﺍ‪ ،‬ﹶﻓﺈ ﱠﻧ ﹸﻪ ﹶﻣ ﹾﻦ ﻭﺍ ﹶﻓ ﹶﻖ‬
‫ﹶﺎﻥ ﹶﺻ ﱠﲆ‪ ،‬ﹸﺛ ﱠﻢ ﹶﺟﺎ ﹶﺀ ﺇﹺ ﹶﱃ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺮ ﹸﺟ ﹸﻞ ﹶﻓ ﹶﺼ ﱠﲆ ﻛ ﹶﹶﲈ ﻛ ﹶ‬ ‫ﱠـﻚ ﹶﱂ ﹾ ﺗ ﹶﹸﺼ ﱢـﻞ«‪ .‬ﹶﻓ ﹶﺮ ﹶﺟ ﹶﻊ ﱠ‬ ‫ﹶﻓﺈﻧ ﹶ‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹺ ﹺ ﹺ‬
‫ﻦ ﹶﺫﻧﹾﺒﹺﻪ«‪) .‬ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ(‪.‬‬ ‫ﺗ ﹾﹶﺄ ﹺﻣﻴﻨﹸ ﹸﻪ ﺗ ﹾﹶﺄ ﹺﻣ ﹶ‬
‫ﲔ ﺍ ﹶﳌﻼﺋﻜﹶﺔ ﹸﻏﻔ ﹶﺮ ﻟ ﹸﻪ ﻣﺎ ﹶﺗ ﹶﻘﺪﱠ ﹶﻡ ﻣ ﹾ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺴ ﹶﻼ ﹸﻡ«‪.‬‬ ‫»ﻭ ﹶﻋ ﹶﻠ ﹾﻴ ﹶﻚ ﱠ‬ ‫ﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﷺ‪ :‬ﹶ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻨﱠﺒﹺ ﱢﻲ ﷺ ﹶﻓ ﹶﺴ ﱠﻠ ﹶﻢ ﹶﻋ ﹶﻠ ﹾﻴ ﹺﻪ‪ ،‬ﹶﻓ ﹶﻘ ﹶﺎﻝ ﹶﺭ ﹸﺳ ﹸ‬
‫ﺙ‬ ‫ﱠـﻚ ﹶﱂ ﹾ ﺗ ﹶﹸﺼ ﱢﻞ«‪ .‬ﹶﺣﺘﱠﻰ ﹶﻓ ﹶﻌ ﹶﻞ ﹶﺫﻟﹺ ﹶﻚ ﹶﺛ ﹶﻼ ﹶ‬ ‫»ﺍﺭ ﹺﺟ ﹾﻊ ﹶﻓ ﹶﺼ ﱢﻞ‪ ،‬ﹶﻓﺈﹺﻧ ﹶ‬ ‫ـﻢ ﹶﻗ ﹶﺎﻝ‪ :‬ﹾ‬ ‫ﹸﺛ ﱠ‬
‫‪ .٥‬ﺳﻜﺘﺎت اﻣﺎم‬
‫ﺎﳊ ﱢﻖ ﹶﻣﺎ ﹸﺃ ﹾﺣ ﹺﺴـ ﹸﻦ ﹶﻏ ﹾ ﹶﲑ ﹶﻫ ﹶﺬﺍ‪،‬‬ ‫ﹺ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺮ ﹸﺟ ﹸﻞ‪ :‬ﹶﻭﺍ ﱠﻟﺬﻱ ﹶﺑ ﹶﻌ ﹶﺜ ﹶﻚ ﺑﹺ ﹾ ﹶ‬
‫ﹴ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺼ ﹶﻼﺓ ﹶﻓﻜ ﱢ ﹾ‬ ‫ﹶﻋ ﱢﻠ ﹾﻤﻨﻲ‪ .‬ﹶﻗ ﹶﺎﻝ‪» :‬ﺇﹺ ﹶﺫﺍ ﹸﻗ ﹾﻤ ﹶﺖ ﺇﹺ ﹶﱃ ﱠ‬ ‫‪ .٢‬ﱂ ﻳﺜﺒﺖ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺴـﻨﺔ ﺳـﻜﺘﺔ ﻟﻺﻣﺎﻡ ﺑﲔ ﻗﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﲢﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺴـﻮﺭﺓ‬
‫ﺍﻛ ﹰﻌﺎ‪ ،‬ﹸﺛ ﱠﻢ ﹾﺍﺭ ﹶﻓ ﹾﻊ ﹶﺣﺘﱠﻰ ﹶﺗ ﹾﻌﺘ ﹺﹶﺪ ﹶﻝ‬ ‫ﺁﻥ‪ ،‬ﹸﺛﻢ ﺍﺭﻛﹶﻊ ﺣﺘﱠـﻰ ﹶﺗ ﹾﻄﻤ ﹺﺌﻦ ﺭ ﹺ‬
‫ﹶ ﱠ ﹶ‬ ‫ﱠ ﹾ ﹾ ﹶ‬
‫ﹺﻣـﻦ ﺍ ﹾﻟ ﹸﻘﺮ ﹺ‬
‫ﹶ ﹾ‬ ‫ﺑﻌﺪﻫﺎ‪.‬‬

‫ﺛﻢ ﹾﺍﺭ ﹶﻓ ﹾﻊ ﺣﺘﱠـﻰ ﹶﺗ ﹾﻄﻤﺌ ﱠﻦ‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫ﹺ‬ ‫‪ .٣‬ﺳﻜﺘﺔ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻻﻧﺘﻬﺎﺀ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺍﻟﺮﻛﻮﻉ‪.‬‬
‫ـﺠﺪﹾ ﹶﺣﺘﱠﻰ ﹶﺗ ﹾﻄ ﹶﻤﺌ ﱠﻦ ﹶﺳـﺎﺟﺪﹰ ﺍ‪ ،‬ﹼ‬ ‫ﺍﺳ ﹸ‬ ‫ﹶﻗﺎﺋ ﹰـﲈ‪ ،‬ﹸﺛ ﱠﻢ ﹾ‬

‫‪ .١٠‬ﺗﺤﺮﻳﻚ اﻟﻠﺴﺎن‬
‫ﻻ ﻳﻜﻔﻲ ﰲ ﻗﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻜﺒﲑﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻷﺫﻛﺎﺭ ﳎﺮﺩ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﺒﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﺑﻞ ﻻ ﺑﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﻄﻖ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻗﻠﻪ ﲢﺮﻳﻚ ﺍﻟﻠﺴـﺎﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺸـﻔﺘﲔ‬
‫ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺮﺍﺀﺓ‪.‬‬

‫ﻗـﺮﺍﺀﺓ ﺃﺣﺪﻫـﻢ ﺁﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻜـﺮﳼ‪ ،‬ﺛﻢ‬
‫ﻳﻘـﻮﻝ‪ :‬ﺳـﺒﺤﺎﻥ ﺍﷲ‪ ،‬ﻓﻴﺴـﺒﺤﻮﻥ‬
‫‪ ...‬ﺇﻟﺦ‪.‬‬
‫ﻣﺴﺢ ﺍﻟﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻛﺮ‪.‬‬ ‫‪-‬‬
