WE THE UNDERSIGNED WOULD LIKE TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION

TO THE FOLLOWING PROBLEM, WITH RECOMMENDATION(S):

1. Paromita madam teaches children through Youtube.

2. She sang 'Janagana' incorrectly, next day she used Youtube for our
National Anthem. We could teach our children through Youtube, by
ourselves. What is use of admitting our little ones to the school?

3. She shown a picture of ‘A & a’. It created confusion as children did

not know which one is capital & which one is smaller.

4. Moreover, in Nursery classes, no small letter is used to be taught, so

she should not show small letters along with capital letters. which
created a lot of confusion. We suppose she is not properly aware of
the syllabus.

5. Along with A & a, she showed some pictures which starts with 'A' but
those pictures are so small that we, the parents was not able see
those clearly. How did the children can understand those?

6. She never uses any board which Mome madam used quite often?

7. After the classes are over, she often doesn’t care to provide clear
notes of what has been done in the day. Meanwhile, she has started
giving homework.

8. Children are learning colours now. They do not even know how to
use it. She gives tasks to them & tell them to complete it at the
earliest. How the children of 3 years of age could complete it so
early. She completely ignores their merits.
9. She taught 'standing line' & 'sleeping line'. How does a child can
understand these two so quickly?

10. If someone joins later, it does not matter to her, whatsoever. She
doesn’t provide any back up to the one who might have already
missed some important details discussed earlier.

11. There’s no fun time or entertainment or even encouragement to the

students during class hours. Classes are getting way too predictable
and boring at times to the students.

12. At times, some of these children could not understand anything, and
they do not want to sit in the class, at all.

13. She is no way better. She does not even show any special skill to
handle nursery students. She does not understand a child's
psychology.

So, we, the parents of Nursery students, of Bidya Bharati School,

Mominpore want Mome Roy back as the class teacher, soon.
