Dear Hakan,

1) Great to hear from you! So you want to know my favourite dish from my country. Well!
It is called spaghetti, it’s a traditional dish and it’s very popular here in Italy.
2) Spaghetti is a very easy to make. You need pasta. If you want you can serve with
different sauces. For example tomatoes souce. First, we cook pasta in salted boiling
water. Then put the grated tomatoes and some oil into the saucepan, stir and boil them.
Add a teaspoon of salt and some sugar to the sauce. Finally put the sauce on spaghetti and
serve it.
