III.PRELIMINARIES:
 Time started: 11:00 AM
 The meeting was called to order by Sir Sanny P.Pama, OIC-Principal
 Opening Prayer was led by Sir Ebenezer Puyong, Academic Cooerdinator of Junior High.
 Checking of Attendance/ Registration facilitated by TEA secretary Maam Cristy Lyn B. Tianchon
and Ivy Silva

IV.ORIENTATION PROPER/DISCUSSION OF AGENDA:

 Before the meeting started the TEA secretary hand in a paper for the attendance.
 The meeting proper started at exactly 11:00 AM, an opening prayer led by sir Puyong was
offered. Sir Sanny the OIC-Principal presided the meeting regarding the following agenda
1. NLC Presentatiion
2. TEA matters
 Sir Sanny started the discussion regarding NLC presentation which will he presented the next
day @ Villa Amor, he then gave the floor to ma’am Rolyn to facilitate the division of task for the
presentation. According to ma’am Rolyn the following are needed for the presentation.
1. Profile
-previous 7 & 8
-advancement 11 & 12
-teachers
2. Budget Materials
3. Progress base on Assessment Result
4. Challenges Identified
5. Recommendation
 After identifying the needed data, she requested all the NLC facilitators to spearhead the
division of task as follows;
 Profile of learner – c/o Ma’am Irish Cabote and ma’am Marites Sulapas
 Result- c/o Ma’am Meliza Cerilos
 Challenges- c/o Ma’am Regina Develos
 Recommendation- c/o Sir Ebeneze Puyong
 Most Significant- c/o Sir Fritz Villanueva and Ma’am Ritchelle Lawi-an

 After the task was given, the floor was given to the TEA President, Sir Arnold Casilagan for some
TEA matters.
 Sir Arnold, informed everybody regarding the status of Ma’am Kristine Joy Legaspi that she
suffered medical treatment due to her accident. Sir Arnold added that even though Ma’am
Legaspi was not admitted she also need medical assistance. But according in the constitutional
and by laws of the TEA, medical assistance will be only given to those who are only admitted,
that’s why Sir Arnold is asking the body if they will grant the assistance to ma’am Legaspi.
 In order to grant the request sir Fritz Villanueva moved the motion for consideration and it was
seconded by the body.


V.SYNTHESIS OF DISCUSSION/AGREEMENTS:
 NLC Presentation task was divided to NLC facilitator
 In order to help a colleague motion was done and supported to show camaraderie.
