• Directions: Read carefully each item and choose the letter of the correct answer.

 Directions: Read the following situation and answer the questions thereafter. In answering the questions
try to appreciate the situation using the social norms you remember.
 The teacher introduces the new lesson entitled “Human Person in Society” by summing up the student’s
answer from the motivational questions:
 Is there something problematic about your friend asking for payment for her loving presence?
 What makes this reaction awkward for you?

portray the form of society. Each group will perform mannequin challenge representing the forms of
societies.

 Research on an individual who has made a positive impact on Philippine society. Make a profile
of your chosen individual. Describe his or her background and significant achievement and
deeds. Explain your reason why you have chosen this individual.

Research must be in minimum of three (3) pages


The output must be arranged or sequenced using the following:
1. Cover Page
2. Short Introduction about the human person, and how each individual made a
significant contribution to society.
3. Picture of the chosen individual
4. Description or information of the chosen individual (e.g. name, place of origin, etc.)
5. Significant achievements and exemplary deeds
6. Reason why you have chosen the person.
