Maintenance
 Replace 2nr celing lights bulbs
 Replace 2nr skirting light bulbs
 Touch up angle chips to walls at external corners
 Repair and make good detached skirting to LHS of study entrance

BATHROOM

Maintenance
 Replace missing valve cap to towel rail
 Replace missing pop up waste
 Repair basin hot tap which is weeping at valve when opened
 Replace 1nr celing lights bulb

BEDROOM 1 RHS

Maintenance
 Remove leather headboard and make good and paint wall
 Remove and dispose of existing bedbase, mattress and 2Nr night stands
 Repair and make good cracking around top and RHS of door frame

BEDROOM 2 LHS

Maintenance
 Remove leather headboard and make good and paint wall
 Remove and dispose of existing bedbase, mattress and 2Nr nights stands
 Refix brush seal to top RHS edge of bedroom entry door

LIVING ROOM

Maintenance
 Reinstate detached blind cord to far RHS window
 Touch up angle chips to walls at external corners
 Replace missing white conduit capping piece covering cable below window adjacent
dining area.

KITCHEN

Maintenance
 Adjust dishwasher door currently catching on base board when fully opened
 Replace missing knob to rotary light switch
 Replace broken fridge shelf (see attached fridge Serial Nr)
 Touch up angle chips to walls at external corners

GENERAL

 Ensure flat is left clean upon completion of the works
