Agile Leadership Workbook 3: Collaboration

Introduction
During the course, you will be able to download three Agile Leadership Workbooks, each one related to one of the Agile Business Consortium’s three
Cs of Agile Leadership. This third workbook focuses on the third C: collaboration.
This Workbook should be used for tasks in Weeks 9–11. We recommend that you use this document to collate your reflections and capture any
important suggestions from your co-learners in one location. This will help you to select the areas to focus on as part of your final assessment.
When answering the questions, you can talk about a current, past or future role. This could be for an organisation linked to your work, or perhaps a
volunteering role or a hobby.
The Workbook follows the structure of the course. For each task, there is a box for your notes. You can write as much as you like, as the boxes will
expand as you type.
At the end of each week of content, you’ll find a Generic notes section where you can note down any insights that you had during the week that are not
covered by specific tasks.
