66th ANNUAL NATIONAL COUNCIL MEETING OF THE BOY SCOUTS

OF THE PHILIPPINES

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines will conduct the 66th Annual National
Council Meeting (ANCM) from May 10 to 12, 2023 at Leyte Academic Center, Palo,
Leyte.

The ANCM aims to

1. receive reports from the National President and National Treasurer,

2. elect four regular members of the National Executive Board (NEB),
3. receive amendments to the BSP By-laws,
4. conduct the National Court of Honor, and
5. transact other business as may properly come before the meeting.

The Awarding Ceremonies for the Tribute to Scoutmaster, Outstanding Local

Council/Regional Chairpersons, and Outstanding Local Council/Regional
Commissioners are ancillary events.

The target participants are BSP NEB members, Department of Education

regional directors, schools division superintendent, local council members, and
other officials representing the 125 councils of the BSP nationwide.
