POINT A: Make a conceptual map about the characteristics of the means of transport within a distribution channel.
What is a mode of transport: They are the systems for mobilization used in the transfer of goods from the point of origin
to the point of destination.
What is a means of transport: They are the different physical elements that are used in the modes to move the
merchandise.
POINT B:
1. How many modes of transportation does the video describe?
R = The video describes seven modes of transport that are Land, Sea, Air, Ferry,
River, Lake, Multimodal.
2. What is the difference between a medium and a mode of transportation?
R = The mode is the way in which the merchandise will be transported, The
medium is the element that will be used to carry said merchandise from one place
to another.
3.What is the safest and most expensive means of transport?
R = The most expensive means is Air, but it is also the safest means that exists.
 CONCLUSIONS

the previous exercise allowed us to strengthen our learning in the management of

the terms used for each type of transportation which makes us even more
familiarized with the english language, and the use of the appropriate words for
each mode and its accent. we thank our instructor with all the heart for all the
knowledge contributed during the time that this technology occurred, a generous
