1) Keep Yourself Clean: Maintaining personal hygiene is the first thing against coronavirus.
Therefore, it is recommended to wash your hands as often as possible for 20 seconds. Washing
should be done with soap and water. Bathe once a day and use a disinfectant when necessary.
2) Disinfect Frequently Touched Surfaces: Frequently touched surfaces include light
switches, door handles, TV remote, refrigerator door, etc. It is necessary to constantly
disinfect. Use a mop to clean these surfaces.
3) Avoid Touching Eyes, Nose, and Mouth: The face is an advantage for the virus to enter
through our nostrils, trying to reach the lungs and managing to prevent us from breathing,
we must keep our eyes and noses covered either with glasses or a mask.
4) Wash Your Hands After Doing Laundry: It was discovered that the coronavirus can
remain on our clothes for more than 24 hours, in order to avoid contagion, we must constantly
wash our clothes after any outing we do.
5) Frequently Wash Bed Sheets, Towels, Reusable Kitchen Napkins: Things like
bedsheets, towels, or reusable kitchen napkins are not washed frequently in many households.
Keeping the COVID-19 situation in mind, refrain from doing so for long intervals. Consider
changing the bedsheet every couple of days (changing sheets every day is the best case
scenario). Also, wash towels after each use and reusable kitchen napkins at the end of each use.
6) Handle Food with Extra Care: Handle food with special care: It is highly unlikely that the
coronavirus will infect a person through food. Avoid consuming foods that are expired as it
could make you sick and causing your defenses to drop.
.7)Throw Away Extra Packaging Immediately: The coronavirus can remain stable on
various surfaces such as cardboard, plastic, etc. We must remove all plastic and cardboard
material as soon as possible.
8) Manage Waste Smartly: Due to the current situation of COVID-19, waste must be
minimized and managed intelligently. Consider using organic kitchen waste as a fertilizer for
plants. Always separate the waste in the corresponding bins.
9) Keep Your Pets Clean: We must bathe pets 4 times a week, clean the area where our pet
lives. Don't wait until you smell bad. Keeping your pets clean will help prevent any possible
infection.
10) Sterilize Toys, Utensils, and Bottles for Children: Recent cases of children contracting
COVID-19 are a lesson that they are no less at risk than adults. They can also be affected by
this disease. The main thing is to have a good diet and proper grooming.
The case of the covid affected us worldwide, causing a great decline in the world
economy, death was the daily bread, suffering of many relatives due to the loss of a
relative, currently it was possible to control the covid-19 with THE DISCOVERY OF
