"Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before you with a heavy heart,

recognizing the mistakes and sins that I
have committed. I acknowledge my
shortcomings and the ways in which I
have fallen short of your perfect
standards.
Lord, I ask for your forgiveness and
mercy. Please cleanse me from all
unrighteousness and wash away my
transgressions. I am truly sorry for the
things I have done that have hurt others
and distanced me from your love.
Grant me strength to resist temptation
and wisdom to discern what is right. May
your Holy Spirit guide me and lead me
towards a life that reflects your love and
goodness.
Thank you, Lord, for your unfailing love
and your willingness to forgive. I humbly
ask for your forgiveness and the grace to
live a life that pleases you.
