CLMD–CID INTERFACE ON PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES (PPA)

IMPLEMENTATION AND ALIGNMENT

To: Schools Division Superintendents

All Others Concerned

1. To ensure effective and efficient implementation of the different programs, projects

and activities (PPAs), DepEd SOCCSKSARGEN’s Curriculum and Learning Management
Division (CLMD) shall conduct the CLMD-CID Interface on Programs, Projects and
Activities (PPA) Implementation and Alignment on April 6 – 8, 2022 in Koronadal
City.

2. The objectives of the activity are to:

2.1 present and discuss the roadmaps and plans of the CLMD on the different
PPAs;
2.2 assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of PPAs and
other interventions in improving access to and the quality of education;
2.3 identify innovative interventions of the SDOs that contribute to attaining
better learning outcomes;
2.4 align and enhance the CID Roadmaps and plans.

3. Enjoined to attend are the CLMD and CID Chiefs, all CLMD EPSs, Librarian II and
one (1) support staff, and five (5) select CID EPSs from each SDO.

4. All participants are expected to observe the following:

4.1 Attend the Opening Program at 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. of April 6, 2022 and
Closing Program at 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. of April 8, 2022, and all activities.
Failure to complete the attendance in all activities would result to non-issuance of
Certificate of Participation and Certificate of Appearance.

4.2 Take note of the check-in, check-out, first meal and last meal schedules

Check-Out Morning of April 9, 2022
Last Meal Breakfast of April 9, 2022

4.3 Bring laptops and extension cords, if possible; and

4.4 Observe proper attire and decorum throughout the duration of the
training

5. Each schools division office (SDO) is given 30 minutes to present their outputs
using the templates in Enclosure No. 2. Refer to the Indicative Schedule of Activities for
the division assignment

6. The full board and lodging of the participants, training supplies and materials shall
be charged against DepEd RO XII MOOE while travelling and other incidental expenses
of the participants can be charged against their respective MOOE/local funds subject to
the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
