Timeline of the Selection Process

August 17,2023 Submission of Application

•Application documents of the qualified applicants must be submitted to the
Division Office - Personnel Section

August 22, 2023 Orientation of Applicants and DPSSC

•The HRMPSB will conduct an orientation of the selection process, guidelines and
timelines for the Comparative Assessment for vacant Positions in the Division

August 23, 2023 Submission of IER to the HRMPSB

•The District AOIIs will submit the IER to the DPSSC
•The Personel Unit will submit the IER to the HRMPSB

August 24 to 26,
2023 Document Assessment
•Assessment of documents by the DDEC, DPSSC and HRMPSB

August 29, 2023 Comparative Assessment and BEI (Day 1)

•Document Validation and BEI for PDO, AO and MT items
•Document Validation and BEI for T-II and T-III items for DPSSC

August 30, 2023 Comparative Assessment and BEI (Day 2)

•Document Validation and BEI for School Admin and MT positions
•Document Validation and BEI for T-II and T-III items for DPSSC

August 31, 2023 Comparative Assessment and BEI (Day 3)

•Document Validation and BEI for MT positions
•Document Validation and BEI for T-II and T-III items for DPSSC

September 1, 2023 Final Validation with DPSSC

•Virtual Final validation of the CAR for T-II and T-III items with the DPSSCs

September 4, 2023 Submission of CAR of the various positions to SDS.

•Submission of CAR for MT, T-II and T-III, nonteaching and school admin
positions to SDS for approval and selection.
