Mid Term Classroom Management

1. Classroom management is a learning related to teachers and students in the classroom.

Broadly speaking, the aim is to discuss and find out how the teacher makes the class controllable
or how the teacher can manage their students.

2. Main problem in classroom management is about selecting appropriate and efficient learning
methods between teachers and students.

3. If I were a teacher, then I would create classes that weren't as awkward or overly formal as
they usually are. I would consider my students as friends to get rid of the formality. I mean this
to give comfort to those in my class.

4. Teacher's role:

1. Make their students understand the materials

2. Must know the basic skill of teaching

3. Make some task to test their student's knowlegde

Student's role:

1. understand and learn the material

2. do their homework

3. if the teacher was doing a mistake, they should rebuke the teacher.

5. A good teacher is a teacher who can make his students comfortable in the classroom, knows
the strengths and weaknesses of each student, nurtures and can be a good example. Give freedom
of thought and if giving assignments or information never give it suddenly. That's not a "good"
teacher but "Great teacher".
