 Assigned MDRRM Council, staffs and volunteers in their different working area.
 Monitoring of barangays especially those in coastal areas every 3-6 hours.
 Proper dissemination of information regarding the pre-emptive evacuation which
was raise to force evacuation especially those in coastal areas.
 Continuous monitoring of weather updates released by DOST-PAGASA and
Pangasinan PDRRMO.

II. DISASTER RESPONSE

Strictly monitoring.

III. OTHER ACTIONS TAKEN

 Continuous roving, monitoring and conduct routine operations and/ or rescue operations, if
needed around the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
 Activated Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
 Inspection, checking of rescue/ emergency/ service vechicles for mobilization during rescue
operations.
 Preparation of all necessary logistics pre, during and post-disater scenarios.
 Coordination from the Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams (BHERT)/ Barangay Officials
for any untoward incidents of their constituents, 24/7.
