The document outlines a new classification system for blood pressure readings with four categories: normal, elevated, stage 1, and stage 2 hypertension. It defines the systolic and diastolic cut-offs for each category. It then provides a table showing the number of patients in each blood pressure stage, along with a sample of patients in the elevated and stage 1 categories giving their age, sex, and blood pressure readings.

According to new classification the classification as the below:
Normal =systolic <120mmHG and Diastolic <80mmHG
Elevated=systolic (120-129mmHG) and diastolic <80mmHG Stage 1=systolic (130-139mmHG) and diastolic (80-89mmHG) Stage 2=systolic greater than or equal 140mmHG and Diastolic greater than or equal to 90mmHG
NB: If systolic and diastolic is in different range of stages we depend on diastolic
