fixed and notified by the Management. Late coming is misconduct as per FCCL
Policy, which is actionable.

3. You are therefore, directed through this Notice to explain the reasons for coming late
on duty, within 02 days of the issuance of this Show Cause Notice.

4. If you fail to submit your explanation within the stipulated time, it will be presumed
that you accept the charges and have no explanation to offer and the management
will be at liberty to take appropriate disciplinary action against you.
