*Details of the Complaint (Please type the full details of the 1) HDFC EGRO issued Policy with incomplete proposal form, moreover HDFC ERGO saying HDFC
complaint) ERGO say they do not need to do KYC to issue Policy.
2) HDFC ERGO now showing that they issued Policy with my Aadhar & PAN document which i do not
provided to HFC ERGO and documents are not self attested.
3) Attached incomplete application form received from HDFC EGRO on which basis HDFC EGRO
issued policy, itself self explanatory that no KYC assessment done where not indicated, my address
outside India as i am NRE status, not indicated PAN Card No, Aadhar No, Place & date of signature,
even policy term & condition not explained & not certified with policy application and issued Policy No
: 2918202579671800 dated 31st Dec 2018. after complaint HDFC EGRO representative told
shamelessly no KYC assessment required for issuing policy, once policy issued after 15 days
customer is responsible for any wrong happening, they do KYC only while receiving Claim. Policy is
applicable to customer will come to knows when claim submitted which is like looting of policyholder
premium paid.
I want IRDA action against HDFC EGRO Cancel HDFC ERGOinsurance Company license
