. December Activity Sir Wahid Molilis Said that we need to review our association by laws to add the 15 years to the
( Awarding of Teacher award.
Sir Pedemar Suggested that after the award will have an Activity for the Teacher.
Sir Zacaria Suggested that the School Heads Contribute 1k for the Activity and 150 per teachers
for Lunch & for the Exchange gift to those who are willing to join - 300 pesos
Mother Association Updates Delaying of Benefits sa mga nag retire dahil delay ang mga remittance natin sa division
Sir Molilis Suggested that will have a fund contribution for our Association – 200/ per Teacher
annually. We need to ratify our Association By Laws for the change
We need to make a form for the Association.
Others(Muslim Association) 1. Sir Roy asked if the Muslim Association is active pa ba?
- Sir Morshid answered will continue the association.
2. Sir Wahid Suggested that will Suspend the Muslim Association for Re – Organization
of Association
- Everybody Agreed for the Suspension of Association

Agreement/s Everybody agreed that 20, 25, 30 years of service can give an award.
. December Activity Everybody Agreed for the Preparation of Food will Cater and the plaque amounted of 1000
( Awarding of Teacher
Everybody agreed that 1k Contribution from School Heads for the prizes in the said activity and
150 per Teacher for Lunch and for the Exchange gift is 300.00
Mother Association Updates Everybody Agreed for the change of our Association.
All Treasurer of Every School will remit in Treasurer Association
All Treasurer will collect the Contribution not in School Head
Remittance for Proper Recording in the Treasurer

Announcement/s December 16, 2021 will Present the Revised by laws of CPSTEA – I.
