Comparison of Pennsylvania and New York prison models.

The New York prison model and Pennsylvania are similar in that they adopt the act of
redeeming offenders in a well-developed routine without harming them. They all undergo the
process and finally come out being changed, people. Also, in both models, strict discipline and
obedience are expected of the offenders in prison, where any break in the set rules in prison has
its own consequences.
However, the two models differ in some aspects, whereby in Pennsylvania, inmates are
locked in the prison, and they take their meals there and sleep there. Total freedom is denied.
This model is referred to as a separate system.
On the other hand, In New York, They adopt a congregate system, and inmates spent
their sleep in the cells, but they are allowed to go out of the cells when it comes to taking their
meals. They are also entitled to get out of the cells and perform their basics works.
The united states adopt the Pennsylvania model since it is believed to be the most
effective model by which offenders can be disciplined. In addition, denying them a chance to get
out of their cells makes them understand how bitter it is to engage in some offensive activities
and help them desire to change.
Issue of mothers in prison
Indeed, crime doesn't choose. Whoever has committed it, everyone is equal before the
law, and as a result, some mothers who break the law find themselves in prison bars. Some may
even get in prison and eventually deliver in the jails. Several cases have been reported and
identified where women deliver while in prison. In such cases, the mother may be given some
favorable conditions to nursing her child, and once the child becomes of age, he/she is given to
the family members, and the mother continues to serve her sentence. Also, those who get
pregnant in the cells are given the proper medication until they give birth. But, the law is still
held; being pregnant does not grant anyone a chance to get out of prison.
Diversion
Diversion is the process whereby some criminal cases avoid the regular operation of
being arrested, detained, and tried to be guilty. Instead, they are screened out of the justice
process through this method. It aims at giving the convicted a second chance to avoid being
engaged in criminal activities. One of the candidates for diversion includes people involved in
non -violent drug offenses and also any crime committed by people of unsound mind.

Left-wing terrorism is a terrorist activity intended to overthrow the capitalist system and
bring in Marxist societies. This terrorism can also occur in areas where we have socialists
already, as activism is against the ruling government.

bonders between hate crime and the organized terrorisms. Finally, Cyberterrorism refers to using
