Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Stock Availability: Order basis
Payment Terms: All payments made are non refundable
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are subject for computation.
Check Payable to: Make checks payable to REDHOK INC.
Post-Dated Checks will be deposited on its maturity date. It can neither be cancelled nor refunded.
PO Cancellation: The Client agrees that the order is firm and non-cancellable for whatever reason.
In the event that the client cancels the proposal/order, a 2% cancellation fee based on the project total amount shall be collected from the client.
Warranty: All electronic equipment sold by Redhok Inc. is covered by 1-year warranty upon installation and demo/testing of the items.
Warranty only covers when product has product/factory defects. Warranty is voided once the equipment(s) is misused,
abused or repaired by other technicians not authorized by Redhok Inc.

By signing the conforme, the Client is deemed to have accepted the details specified in the quote. This will serve as a Purchase order (PO) if your company does not issue PO.
