Robert Quinn is Margaret Elliott Tracy Collegiate Professor in Business Administration & Professor of Management and
Organizations at Stephen M. Ross School of Business at University of Michigan. He teaches in both the MBA and Executive
Education Programs at the University of Michigan. He is the author of 16 books, numerous book chapters and has been published
in such publications at Harvard Business Review, Financial Times, Leader to Leader, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science,
Management Science, Academy of Management Executive, among others. He has worked with a large percentage of the Fortune
500 companies and is known for innovative instructional efforts. Professor Quinn is also a fellow of the World Business Academy
