Physical Factors:
Physical factors can significantly contribute to erectile dysfunction.
Conditions such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure,
diabetes, obesity, hormonal imbalances, and neurological disorders
can affect blood flow and nerve functions, leading to difficulties in
attaining an erection. Lifestyle choices like smoking, excessive alcohol
consumption, drug abuse, and sedentary habits can also contribute to
the problem.
Psychological Factors:
Psychological factors play a significant role in erectile dysfunction.
Stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, performance anxiety,
and self-esteem problems can all contribute to difficulties in achieving
an erection.
