Nowadays, many people believe that they can be successful easier with getting a

job early and just keep doing it. In my opinion, people can blossom their career in
spite of changing jobs for many chances.
There are many reasons why people suppose that it is better to not to change jobs.
First of all, if people are loyal to their jobs, they can learn more experiences and
become a master of their area. So that, they can be promoted easily. If people
change their working environment too many times, they can lose their opportunity
to get a higher role in their company. Secondly, there is nothing can ensure that
finding new working prospect can bring people to a better way to become
successful figure. Therefore, if they change their job continually, it will just made
their life worse.
On the other hand, not all of the working environments can help employees to be
promoted. As the matter of fact, to get a high-income job, people need to find a
suitable working path. Changing jobs can establish people’s relationships, they are
completely able to use all of their experiences, knowledge to support them in new
career. Vo Hoang Yen, for example, is a supper-model in Viet Nam but at first she
used to try to work in music industry even making film or acting, Until 2017, she
recognized her cat-walk talent and after spending lots of times to change her job,
she began to stand in the runway. After all, Vo Hoang Yen is always be a vedette in
any fashion shows.
In conclusion, no matter what job you are doing, finding a suitable working
prospect is necessary. I completely argue that people deserve to better opportunity
in their career.
