Summary project idea

During the Covid 19 pandemic movement control order MCO was

imposed. There was limited manpower do to field work in the harbor.
Due to this condition, there was a delay in transporting the goods.
Having this in mind my team and came up with an innovative idea to
overcome this problem.

1. Save time:-
There is a conveyer belt that speeds up the process of loading and
unloading goods into and out of the truck and the process will reduce
the need of manpower and improve the overall processing time
efficiently.

Real time Monitoring: -

This smart truck robot can track locations, conditions and performance
in real time which allows better logistics, route planning and
maintenance scheduling.

Mechanism

The Autonomous Sea Transporter transfer cargo from point to point

autonomously. It is self-sustaining and environmentally friendly robot
as well. The delivery and the pickup point of the cargo is pre
programmed in the robot. According to the program it will navigate to
the particular point spinning its propeller and turning its rudder
accordingly powered by two-medium for each. Using gyro to sense the
direction the robot will turn and navigate to the port accordingly. It
also has an ultrasonic sensor to sense obstacles along the way to avoid
and continue its path.

Social impact & Innovation

Although this robot, there are some improvements that can be made to
this robot. In the future, we will do programming that:

1. will be equipped with a GPS module where it's location can be

tracked down easily by the owner at any time

2. The GPS tracker is also secured with an alarm where if any one
tried to cut any wires of the GPS it will automatically send a
danger notification to the owner
