• Magnifying Glass
• Small plastic plate

Procedure:

1. Place the chocolate on a small plastic plate


2. Place the plate with chocolate under the sun using a magnifying glass and observe for
five minutes. Record your observations.

Guided Questions:
1. What do you observe about the chocolate after it was place under the sun with a
magnifying glass?
2. What do you think made the change on the chocolate?
