YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Invoicing Analyst that can help us set our financial
processes in Bosnia.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

- Monthly invoicing to partners, solving all related issues
- Fiscalization of B2B invoices
- Monitoring B2C automatic fiscalization
- Gathering accounting documentation and sending it to the accounting agency
- Printing and sending invoices to partners
- Ensuring the accuracy of the billing data and financial transactions related with
- the revenue are properly recorded.
- Answering and solving accounting and invoicing queries to partners
- Prepare and upload payments for suppliers and partners
- Prepare regular and Ad-Hoc reports
- Answering accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting

- Assist in collecting outstanding debts from partners
- Analyze accounting entries and mappings
- Receive and process supplier invoices
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment
that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience on a finance role with relevant experience
- Good understanding of finance and double entry accounting
- Advanced Excel user
- Advanced English
- Ability to quickly adapt and enthusiastic to learn new things
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and meeting deadlines
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
