____________ will attend the Citizenship Training Program Classes every Monday, 1:00 pm-
2:00 pm for the school year 2023-2024. I am also informed about their proper attire and routines
during classes.
I have also understood that the Citizenship Training Program shall be implemented among Grade
10 learners as per the Division Memonrandum no. 207 s. 2023 with reference to DepEd order no.
21 s. 2019 one (1) hour a week for a total of thirty-five (35) hours for the whole school year.
