achievement potential in the job role

Score Interpretation
All the test scores are on a scale of 0-100. All the tests except personality and behavioural evaluation provide
absolute scores. The personality and behavioural tests provide a norm-referenced score and hence, are percentile
scores. Throughout the report, the colour codes used are as follows:
This test measures the candidate's vocabulary, grammar and reading comprehension skills.
The candidate has a fairly rich vocabulary and a strong command of English grammar. S/he is able to read and
understand complex text. Having a good command of the English language is important to communicate with internal
stakeholders and clients, as well as to interpret reports, articles and complex texts at work.
This competency measures the candidate's ability to synthesize information and derive conclusions.
The candidate is able to work out simple rules based on specific evidence or information. This skill is
required in high end analytics jobs where one is required to infer patterns based on predefined rules
from different sets of data.
This competency measures the candidate's ability to learn by example, imitation or hit-and-trial and
provides an indication of how creative the individual is.
The candidate is able to understand simple instructions but her/his conclusions are only partially
correct.
This test measures the candidate's ability to solve problems on basic arithmetic operations, probability, permutations
and combinations, and other advanced concepts.
The candidate needs to put in a great deal of effort to improve her/his mathematical ability. Knowing these basic
operations is useful when handling money. For instance, while buying groceries or clothes, one needs to know how
much one has paid the shopkeeper and how much change s/he should get back.
The thesis expresses a more obvious/limited set of ideas and the main points supporting it are trivial
and limited in number or lack proper explanation.
This score measures the grammatical correctness of the essay written by the candidate. Improper
grammar can affect the meaning and clarity of an essay or article. Knowledge of basic sentence
structure and avoiding grammatical errors ensures effective communication.
The sentences are properly structured and there are very few grammatical errors. There are no
significant errors in spelling and relatively few errors in the usage of words. The wrong usage does not
lead to any ambiguity in the meaning.
