Personal Background:
In 100 words or less, tell us about you and your family. If you are married / separated, when did you marry / separate?
Do you have family living in Australia? If so, what do they do and what type of visa do they hold in Australia?

My family consists of four members, including me. My father is a businessman, my mother is a homemaker, and
my younger sister is doing her graduation right now.

Do your spouse and children intend to accompany you to Australia?
What is your spouse’s highest academic qualification and current occupation and what does your spouse intend to do in Australia?

Education and Employment Background:

In 300 words or less, tell us why you have applied for this program, what do you know about the program and its’ cost, are you
aware of additional costs associated with studying in Australia? If this program is not related to your previous studies, why have
you decided to change your career path?

I completed my undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Commerce from the SCMS School of Technology and
Management in 2023. I applied to this course because, after 3 years in the management field, I understood the need and
rising demand for IT in the management field. So, by getting a chance to study a Master’s in Business Information
Technology, I will have much wider career opportunities and scope in my field. Yes, I am fully aware of the fees structure
and the additional costs that will incur during the course of my study.

In 300 words or less, tell us about gaps in your study (if any). How long is the gap between your previous study and your intended
study at RMIT, explain the reason for the gap.

I do not have any gaps during my previous studies.

Why RMIT:
In 300 words or less, tell us why you have chosen RMIT over other universities in Australia (list other universities that you have
researched and considered) and what do you know about RMIT?

RMIT, being one amongst of the most ranked universities in Australia, felt like a good and suitable choice for me
because of its location, its excellent academic facilities, and the cultural diversity that can be seen throughout the
university. Apart from RMIT, I have also considered universities like the University of Western Australia,
the University of Wollongong, and Deakin University.

Australia and Melbourne:

In 300 words or less, tell us why you have chosen to study in Melbourne, Australia over other countries?
Please list other countries that you have researched and considered.

I choose Melbourne, Australia, over other countries because of the cultural diversity, great education, more
opportunities, networking, and good climatic conditions. The other countries I researched include Singapore and Canada

Education and Circumstances in Home Country:

In 200 words or less, tell us why you don’t want to study in your home country?

The main reason why I do not want to study in my home country is because I feel like my career needs international
exposure and the difference it can make. I have done my schooling and bachelor's in my home country, and now
I believe that doing my master's in another country will teach me new things that I will not be able to learn if I stay in my
home country.

Salary and Financial Benefit:

In 200 words or less, tell us about your salary expectation, how much do you expect your monthly salary to be when you return
home with an Australian qualification? How does this compare to the salary you would receive if you studied in your own country?

Having a Master’s degree from one of the most reputed universities in Australia will certainly give me an advantage
over other candidates when I return to my home country. This also means that there is a good chance that I will get
paid more than the other candidates. An analyst in my country earns an average of $12,388 AUD per annum, so
I am looking forward to getting $15,000 AUD per annum in my country when I return to the country with an Australian
postgraduate degree.

Career Progression:
In 300 words or less, tell us about your career aspirations and future plans after you graduate from this program.

After graduation, I am hoping to gain some work experience during my post-study stay back and return to my home
country afterwards. After coming back to my home country. I would like to work for a reputed company as
a business analyst and later upgrade my skills and knowledge in such a way that it will benefit my career.

In 100 words or less, tell us where you intend to permanently live and work when you complete your degree. If you intend to work
temporarily in Australia once you complete your degree, which visa subclass you intend to apply for to work in Australia?

I would like to return to my home country after my graduation.
