1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION

PT. PEMA Global Energi (hereinafter referred to as “COMPANY”) intends to rent Gas
Processing Facility to be installed at Cluster IV and Cluster III area or other area that
determined by COMPANY including its operation and maintenance, in order to substitute
function of treating unit in Point B with regard to maintain the gas production from Arun and
SLS fields, with total of gas capacity of 45 MMSCFD. Rental period for Gas Processing
Facility is for Sixty (60) months of continues operation with requirement equipment’s
availability minimum 95%.

1.1 Objectives

The site visit report in this document summarizes site condition for civil engineering work
purposes for the described project above.

2 Site Conditions

As per visual observation:

1. Briefly there is a range between low to no concerns of potential technical

complication for civil work executions. This is due to open area nature and sufficient
access and space.

2. Addressing the soil bearing capacity, we refer to documents at 1.2, visual

observations and verbal information from personnel carrying out construction of
foundation of facility nearby the designated location. Up to the survey is conducted,
there are two on-going construction sites of foundation. The two documents above
agree to each other concluding weak soil bearing capacity. Our verbal conversation
with one of the adjacent on-going constructions implies weak soil bearing capacity.

3. Another nearby on-going site is visually observed to have been undergoing a soil
improvement treatment using multiple sub-grade soil material overlays for total
thickness of about 2 meters. The 2m thickness of sub-grade materials is the visible
observation. It is not the true thickness since the overlay process is almost finish.
