University (CCU) majoring in Recreation and Sport Management, I am excited about the opportunity to

graduate in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Sport Management from CCU.
Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong foundation in this field and honed my skills
in various areas related to the sports industry. My attached resume highlights my coursework and
extracurricular activities that have equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills required for this
role.
In addition to my academic pursuits, I have gained valuable hands-on experience in customer service and
ticket sales. My most recent position at The Frederick Keys Baseball Stadium involved working at the
box office, where I successfully sold tickets to fans. During this role, I familiarized myself with Ticket
Return ticketing software and utilized effective sales techniques to drive ticket sales. Prior to this, I
worked at the Shoe Department, where I provided exceptional customer service and efficiently handled
various payment methods. Furthermore, I am a dedicated sports enthusiast and actively engage in
recreational activities at CCU. Attending CCU football games and participating in workout classes at our
gym have expanded my knowledge of sports and recreation. Moreover, having been actively involved in
social media for the past five years, I possess a comprehensive understanding of its workings and how it
can be leveraged for marketing purposes. My combined academic achievements, extracurricular
involvements, and work experiences have provided me with exceptional communication skills, sales
techniques, mastery of ticketing software, and leadership abilities. These qualities, I believe, make me a
valuable asset to the NFL Corporation.
