    Dear Sir / Madam

    Regarding issue above, hereby we would like to inform the stock Count Opname for October month will
    be held on:

    Day / Date : Tuesday, 30 October 2018 and Wednesday, 31 October 2018

    Time : 08.00 AM

    Place : Head & Factory PT. SOEJASCH BALI

    All Manager Superior, QA/QC has to conduct and supervise, verified the stock count opname progress by
    following new procedure attached.

    All Related Department has to summit the Stock Report to accounting Department maximum H+7
    monthly period.

    To avoid inconvenience among us, if there any department unable to meet the stock report as schedule
    coordination very appreciate.
