Work hard in silence, let your
success make the noise.

Informing my dad:
Me: Papa aagya! 24 7 Rank hai! (Dad result has come,
the rank is 24 7!)
Dad: Pakka? Ye final hai? (Are vou sure? Is it final?)
111 0 <
Me: Haan ab ye final hai aur change nahi hogi! (Yes
it's final, and it will not change!)
Dad and everyone in the bus: Maata Raani ki kripa ho
gayi! (This is the Goddess' blessing upon us.)
"Koi baat nahi bhai, tension mat le. Koi na koi gormint
college mil hi jaega!"
(No big deal brother, don't worry. You would surely
get some or the other government college.)
All in all, the coaching teachers were jaw-dropped,
school teachers were jealous, the peers were burnt
to the core. I had always supported everyone any-
how I could do, yet I couldn't find the reason they
were jealous of me. When I told them that I was
taken aback at my JEE Mains result (254/360), they
thought I was showing off. I am yet to see any class-
mate who was genuinely merry at my success.

15. Face your fears. Don't run away from your re-
ality. Admit your deficiencies and also admit that
everyone has deficiencies. If you'd ask me, admitting
your shortcomings is the first step towards elimi-
nating them.
ACKNOWLEDGE-
MENTS
I cannot express my gratefulness enough to my dear
friend Arjan Singh, who not only always pushed me
and challenged me to write this book and take it to
completion but also reviewed it a number of times
and suggested me to refine it.
