I’m very much interested in technology developing worldwide
and currently leading the show is the field of autonomy.
Management team in particular because this team helps me to
i)Work with big industrial partners
ii)Bagging internships
iii)Building contacts
iv)International recognition and certification

My current POR’s :-
I’m currently in 1st year and don’t have any POR’s
Time I can spend for abhiyaan :-
I can spend nearly 20 – 30 hours per week which is 3-4
hours per Day and I’m also flexible but need to be
intimated before.

As Abhiyaan deals mainly with autonomy in automobiles ,
a potential sponsor of Abhiyaan is a organization with keen
interest on technology especially in automobiles . Also
there are companies that are very partial towards tech
events of IIT’s which could also be potential sponsors.

HOW TO REACH THE SPONSORS :-


I think the better avenue to find the sponsors is through
platforms like sponsorpitch , sponsormyevent or sponeasy
but if we are already done with finding the sponsors then
connecting to them via linkedin or mailing their PR
executive will be better to reach out to them.

I think the mails should be short rather than long because the
reader may not be comfortable reading long email’s .

We are the team Abhiyaan of IIT MADRAS . This year we


are participating in the Indy autonomous challenge and
we are the only ones to be selected for the challenge from
the entire country . The competition is about autonomous
racing of the automobiles .

Some of our achievements are :-


i)2nd overall in GRAND LESCOE TROPHY in IGVC
ii)2nd in Interoperability challenge
iii)5th in autonomous navigation challenge
iv)6th in technical design challenge

STRENGTHS WEAKNESS
-> Professional and skilled team , ->Unawareness in general public
Efficiency in products ,Streamlined (outside IITM)
work process -> Concentrating just on Expo’s

->Huge oppurtunities as Abhiyaan ->The ongoing pandemic might be
is in the field of autonomous a problem as it is difficult to

MY WAYS TO KEEP SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLES OF THE
TEAM ACTIVE :-
I think a better way to keep social media handles active is by
posting regular updates , giving sneak peaks into team
Abhiyaan . Recording some casual talk between team
Members and plan short videos by members of each module
On what they are currently doing and explaining how their
Module is going to contribute for the product.

The steps I would follow for resolving the issue :-

i)Apologise for the mistake done


ii)I would try to explain them the kind of pressure the team
members would be while participating in a world class event
iii)Acknowledge the consequences and ask for forgiveness
iv)I would make sure that this wont happen again
v)I would try to fix the situation by :-
a) Excessive branding of their product by posting about the
product in the social media handles , etc
b) Letting them use our vehicle in their branding like
(advertisements, hoardings) which would also help us in
publicity
vi) Explain them how important they are to the team and ask
them to forgive for this time
