NOTIFICATION OF RENTER’S INSURANCE FEE

Dear Anuj:

Our records indicate that your renter’s insurance liability policy has expired. Please provide proof of continued
coverage within twenty-four (24) hours of the date of this letter.

The lease agreement you signed at our community requires that you carry at least $100,000 in personal
liability insurance coverage for the initial term of the lease as well as any subsequent lease renewals with us.

If you need assistance, we have a resource that may assist you with securing a new renter’s insurance
policy. The company is called Leasing Desk Insurance Services and they can be contacted at 1-888-205-
8118. Leasing Desk also has a website with information available at www.eRenterPlan.com.

There are a couple of the benefits in choosing the eRenterPlan through Leasing Desk. They include:

 No application or credit check; and,


 Our leasing office is automatically updated with your renter’s insurance information and keeps you in
compliance (no more of these letters!). You do not need to update us, and your coverage is
continuous if your payment is current.

If you choose to purchase a policy with another company, you will need to provide a copy of the declaration
page to the leasing office within twenty-four (24) hours. The declaration page of your policy must list the
following as an additional interested party:

If we do not receive proof of continued coverage within twenty-four (24) hours of this letter, your account will be
charged a $75.00 non-compliant renter’s insurance fee per month, on the first of every month, until you provide
proof of liability coverage. This fee cannot be refunded so please enroll today.
