Impact Article Response

Choose an article that demonstrates an impact of Communication Technology

on our lives.

1. Read the article.

2. Read it again, paying careful attention to the key points of the

article. Think about what you are reading as you read it. Jot a few points
as you go if needed.

3. Write a brief 8-10 sentence summary of your article in your own words.
This should be done without looking at the article. If you can’t do this,
read the article again. It should include:

Who - is the author talking about?

What - is the article about?

Where - did it take place? when - did it happen?

Why - is this important? how...

Do not copy sentences directly from the article.

4. Write a brief 8-10 sentence response to the article. What thoughts,

ideas and opinions do you have about the subject matter? How will it affect
your life and/or the world? Can you relate in any way? Why is this article
important?
