3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake
Drill (NSED)

With the campaign of Department of Education in preparing the school

children and teachers with the knowledge, proper attitude and a kills on what to in
case of a natural disaster like earthquake. Lamisahan National High School
conducted the 3rd Quarter NSED 2023 in the school campus last September 08,
2022 at exactly 2 o'clock in the Afternoon. Mr. Cris mark F. Atilano the school
disaster risk reduction management coordinator (SDRRMC). Let the activity with
the approval of Teacher In-charge Mrs. Myrna M. Dapii. The drill was carried out
simultaneously and efficiently by the teachers and students as they went out all
together going to plaza of Magsaysay Elementary School.
The Teachers and students performed Drop, Cover and Hold. As they went
out and walked as fast as they could that they will be able to reach the evacuation
area promptly. As the rain pours every students advise to go the Magsasysay
Covered court. Each adviser made sure that all learners were counted and
nobody left behind.
A post evaluation was administered by the DRRM Coordinator who gave
emphasis on the significance and beneficial of the said activity for the safety of
everybody, inside and outside the school premises.
