name, constitute and appoint VENUS B. BUSOG, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of
__________________________, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me in my name, place, and
stead to do and perform the following acts and things as follows:
1. To administer and act as caretaker of my property located at 82 Nadayao Road, San
Pedro, Puerto Prinsesa City, Palawan;
2. To pay, follow-up and/or transact with the following agencies to with:
a. Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) regarding electric service;
b. _____________Water District in connection with the water system
c. City of Puerto Prinsesa for the Tax Declaration and Amilyar;
3. To sign and execute contracts, memorandum, application, letter request, termination
and other pertinent documents relative to administrative concern in connection
therewith;
4. To sign, execute and deliver any and all documents which maybe required or necessary
in connection therewith;
5. To do such other acts and things maybe required or necessary in the accomplishments
of the aforesaid powers and duties
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power to do and
perform every act and thing whatsoever required and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and hereby ratifying and
confirming all transactions of all kinds that my said Attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
